Ingredients

1 can/15 oz Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1/2 Yellow (or white) Onion
1/3 Cup Cilantro Leaves (chopped)
2-3 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 Jalapeno (chopped)
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Feta Cheese (crumbled) ...for garnish

Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until ingredients are integrated and texture is ‘dip like’.
  2. Place into small serving bowl and top with Feta Cheese.
  3. Serve with Tortilla Chips or Crackers.

  1. Can be served cold, but is also good warmed up.
