a truly healthy snack that you eat with out a lot of etiquite - just 'suck' them out of their pods.

2 Cups Frozen Edamame beans (in pod)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Sea Salt crystals
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

  • Pre Heat oven to 400 F
  • Thaw 2 cup of frozen Edamame beans in their pod.   Pat dry.
  • Mix olive oil, sea salt and smoked paprika and add the edamame beans.
  • Bake for 20 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet turning once (half way through baking time).
  • Let cool slightly
